"I was serving bitter ramen that people were spitting out. I asked a chef why my broth was going bad, and he said to cool the broth in ice water after finishing. I had been putting the broth in the refrigerator to cool.

I started a restaurant without this basic cooking knowledge. Those were tough times, and I am very ashamed."  

Lit.cat was a web design experiment and an online literary journal that ran for 21 issues.
Its custom built content management system featured:

• A theming system for each unique work of writing
  
• A quiz system at the end of each work to test reading comprehension
  
• A random issue and poetry generator
• A writing quote generator
• Typeform / Zapier integration to process incoming submissions
